"I: In the new journey of life" - Shweta Khadka

Today I have come to another phase of life by embracing the various ups and downs, ups and downs, joys and sorrows and laughter and tears of life. At this stage of my life, I am unable to describe in words the horrible experiences I have faced with all the pain, sorrow, pain and suffering I have faced. 

As the saying goes, 'Khukuri doesn't know the sudden pain', only I know the many blows that the vicious cycle of time has inflicted on me and the pains I have suffered from it. I could see the long road of life lying in front of me, scattered with sharp thorns, big stones and flames of fire. I will have to remove the thorns scattered on the path of my life, break the stones and overcome the flames of fire. "Can I do that?" I used to ask myself questions. To my own question, I would answer, "Should we lose or die or should we move forward with courage?" So I did not choose death, I chose life. And I gradually moved forward, struggling with every problem of life. I have been walking alone for the last 6 years with the tough decision that 'life can be lived alone'. I have fought many times during this solo journey. At that time, when he was pressed by the weak feeling of "I can't get up now", I was hoping for someone to hold my hand and lift me up. My body, which is sick for about a week every month, wants a help to put a tablet of medicine in the mouth along with a glass of water. Carrying the unspoken streams in your heart is more difficult than carrying a thousand tons of stone on your head. But with whom should I express my feelings? I glanced at the crowd of friends but saw no one who could feel my pain. I searched in the circle of relatives, but I took refuge in my family and thought that a single woman should not put more stress on her family by pouring her body. So I cried alone in all my sorrows, handled the pains myself and struggled alone with many problems.

"Many of my friends who are looking at my single life are not unaware of finding a life partner, but can there be any selfless hands that dare to fill in the gaps once asked? And is there any kind person who can bring back the pure love I have lost in the past and fill my life with the color of happiness? I have found a selfless, clean and sincere person like that, and will this patriarchal society accept my second life? " I used to ask questions to my friends. Today, I have found a companion in my single life. I have found an excuse to forget the past. I have found a friend who is willing to accept my past and share my joys and sorrows with me. I have decided to close the sad chapter of life and start the happy chapter. That doesn't mean I forget my extremes. It was not easy and possible for me alone to make this decision to embark on a new journey of decorating the future by wrapping the sweet moments of the past in the corner of my mind. But with the constant efforts of my family members and the encouragement, courage and encouragement provided by my well-wishers including friends, elders and veterans, I have been able to make this decision today. 

Even so, one question remains: "Will this male-dominated society accept my decision?" I know that this decision of mine will burn a couple of people who think that 'only tears should be seen in Shweta's eyes'. My decision will shock some people who are in a hurry to get a new bride less than a month after the death of their wife, but who are worried that the widowed sister of the house should spend her whole life alone. But with the blessings, harmony and care of millions of well-wishers who sympathize with me, who always want to see me happy and who always wish me success, two or three people who think of anger and jealousy towards me will automatically give up. 

So in the midst of Corona's panic, I will be unable to include many of my friends, dignitaries, communicators and even my relatives. I hope and believe that all of you will bless me as I embark on a new journey of life with a limited number of people as witnesses in this epidemic.
